Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All in-stock (on-hand) items ship immediately after purchase.
Pre-order items require approximately 1–2 weeks for processing and shipment. Please note that pre-order timelines may vary slightly depending on production and demand.

RETURNS
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pre-order items once the order has entered the processing stage. Pre-order items are produced and prepared specifically for each customer, and once production has begun, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
This policy is strictly enforced. Any disputes filed for reasons that fall within these clearly stated terms will be reviewed in accordance with our policy and addressed with the customer’s financial institution as necessary.
Exchanges
If an incorrect size or item was ordered, we are happy to assist with modifications only if the order has not yet entered processing. Please contact us immediately so we can review your request.
Exchanges are available only in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or there is an error in fulfillment. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and initiate the exchange process promptly.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved under qualifying circumstances, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to fully process back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
